The Arts Education Classrooms (AEC) project consists of building facilities to meet the demanding educational requirements for theater arts, music, two and three dimensional art; for state-of-the-art teaching theatrical and sound and lighting requirements, and visual art studio space.

• The Forum, approximately 4,487 square feet, a one story building consisting of an 80 seat lecture room, departmental offices and a visual slide library.
• The 2D Arts Building, approximately 18,687 square feet, a one story building with drawings and painting studios, a printmaking studio, photography studios and faculty offices.
• The 3D Arts Building, approximately 12,680 square feet, a one story building with ceramic studios, an outdoor kiln area, sculpture studio and a metals studio.
• The Theater, approximately 44,730 square feet, a two story building with a 514 seat performance theater, a black box theater, a scene shop, costume shop, acting studio and faculty offices.
• The Music Building, approximately 41,716 square feet, a two story building with a 371 seating recital, rehearsal spaces, music theory classrooms, practice rooms and faculty offices.

Bogard+Kitchell is managing the planning, pre-construction, and construction phases of the project. Construction began Spring of 2005, and is scheduled to be completed in Fall of 2008.
